- Please make sure that you add the nanny/grandparent’s name(s) to your profile FIRST before you add the pass to your account. You can do this under the “My Account” tab and click on “Add Family Member” from the drop down. SEE BELOW.
2. After the nanny/grandparent(s) have been added to the family account, you can select the “Nanny Pass” or “Grandparent Pass” under “Memberships”. Select the appropriate name to associate with the pass.
3. If you added the pass before you added the name, please email email@example.com with the nanny/grandparent information and we can update the system for you.
